CMQ Membership Packages

> CMQ is used by organizations and occupational analysts to address a wide range of critical HR and disability-related functions.

Membership options are described below, including a free demo for organizations who want to test-drive the CMQ system before purchasing a membership.

The only limitation of the demo membership is that you cannot export and download a copy of your CMQ database, you may complete only 3 CMQs, and the Administrator license is valid for only 30 days. You can upgrade to a paid Organizational Membership at any time, and retain access to all of the data you collected during the demo.

Pricing

Pricing for CMQ Organizational Memberships involves two components. Please review the FAQ definitions of the position and job terms used below to see why it is important to rate multiple positions within each job to assess within-title variability.

  • Administrator License: One person in your organization will perform a Project Administrator role, being responsible for identifying the people who hold the positions and make the ratings, scheduling rating sessions, and generating reports. The annual license for the Administrator is $300 per year (renewable).

    Note that the CMQ is not designed for multiple users to "share" an Administrator license. Only one person can be logged-on and using the Administrator account at a given time. Although we may offer a multiple-Administrator option in the future, unless your job analysis project is very large it is both practical and desirable for a single individual to manage the data collection and reporting process.

    The one-Administrator limitation does not affect the number of raters who can rate the CMQs at the same time. Any number of raters can be logged on simultaneously to complete the CMQ ratings.

  • Number of Profiles Rated: Each CMQ profile describes the work performed by one of the positions (employees) holding a given job title. For jobs that are performed by multiple employees, we strongly encourage organizations to rate as many of the positions in the job as possible.

    Although it is possible to complete only one CMQ per job by summarizing the activities performed across the multiple employees who perform it, we discourage this practice if nontrivial true within-title differences are present. In such cases, due to aggregation bias the job-level profile may not provide an accurate description of the work performed by individual employees.

    The cost of each CMQ administration is a one-time cost that is assessed up-front, regardless of whether you subsequently collect the ratings. CMQ administrations are priced in packages, with volume discounts to encourage you to rate multiple positions.

    • 1-10 profile package: $250 ($25/profile average if all are used)

    • 11-50 profile package: $1,000 ($20/profile average)

    • 51-200 profile package: $3,000 ($15/profile average)

    • 201-500 profile package: $5,000 ($10/profile average)

    If you reach the limit for the package you purchased, you can purchase additional CMQ profiles at the profile-average price noted above. Or, you can upgrade to a higher-volume package by paying the difference between the two.

Payments

We offer two methods for purchasing CMQ Organizational Memberships.

  • Online. The quickest method is to pay by credit card online at the end of the ordering process. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments from customers worldwide.

    We process credit card payments using the Stripe.com system, a state-of-the art payment processing service that securely handles your payment information. To enhance your security, your credit card information is never sent to or stored on our servers. Instead it is sent over an encrypted https link with the processor.

  • Invoice. For larger orders, you can also ask us to send you an invoice, which you can then pay via check. If your order is large enough, a "Send Invoice" button will be present at the end of the ordering process. Click it, and we'll email you an invoice, along with payment information.
